“So a typical day will include a ‘better for you’ protein-packed bagel at breakfast, grilled or rotisserie chicken on a salad with balsamic vinaigrette for lunch, and usually salmon and broccoli for dinner,” says. “For snacks I like cherry tomatoes or an apple, and protein bars that are around 200 calories each.”
